In 1984, important changes were set in motion when the Singer family–who had been in the heating oil business in the New York Metropolitan area since 1927–acquired the company. At the time of the acquisition, Robison provided service to approximately 7,000 homes. Under Singer management, that number has nearly quadrupled.
This successful growth can be attributed to the fact that the company remains a family-run organization, led by brothers David Singer and Daniel Singer. They are supported by a knowledgeable and dedicated management team. Working together, Robison has stayed committed to evolving in order to meet the changing needs of our customers. That meant embracing the latest technology and becoming a “one-stop shop” for all energy needs.
Robison Today
Today, Robison supplies natural gas and electricity at great rates, delivers clean-burning biofuel, services and installs all types of heating and air conditioning systems, solves indoor air quality issues, and provides quality licensed plumbing services.
Despite Robison’s rapid growth over the past few decades, customer service did not diminish; it also evolved. Today, Robison has highly trained customer service representatives and service technicians available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to solve problems quickly.
