Service Agreements

Robison commercial service agreements.

Sign up for seasonal emergency burner service and indoor air quality service coverage, and we will do the rest.

Operating a commercial building is difficult enough to manage without worrying about whether your burner or indoor air quality system is properly equipped for another season of operation. That’s  why we offer businesses of all sizes service agreements that put the responsibility on us – not you – to schedule pre-season inspections and maintenance. Not only will we tell you when it is time for us to make a service call, we will also help you save on our labor costs, within certain restrictions.

Seasons change – but our dedication to helping your business’s HVAC systems run smoothly never will.

Commercial Plan (labor only)

Service Coverage:

Oct. 15–Apr. 15: Mon.–Fri., 7am–9pm

Apr. 15–Oct. 15: Mon.–Fri., 7am–4pm

Emergency Burner Service: provided during the effective dates listed. Annual tune-up is additional. (Price depends upon the size of the unit.) This contract is limited to labor on those components involved in the combustion of fuel oil or natural gas. It does not include labor on any of the supporting components of the heating equipment such as oil tanks, oil or natural gas lines, pumps, the boiler or any components involved in heat distribution that carries water, i.e. circulators.

Gold Plan (labor only)

Service Coverage:

Apr. 1-Oct. 15: Mon.-Sat., 8am–6pm

Includes all of the above Pre-Season Preventative Maintenance plus emergency service coverage.

General Conditions for Robison Service Contracts

All fuel oil must be supplied by Robison. A minimum of 700 gallons or 1000 therms per heating system is required in order to be eligible for a service agreement. All contracts are per unit prices and vary by number of units.

Inspection and Servicing

Robison reserves the right to inspect all heating systems before acceptance of a service agreement and also may cancel said agreement without liability against any party. Robison has the right to waive inspection. All service must be performed by Robison representatives or this agreement will end without refund.

If for any reason the fuel supply contract is terminated during its effective period, Robison’s charge shall be for all parts and labor supplied by Robison during the time the contract had been in force. Such parts and labor shall be charged at Robison’s prevailing rates, and in any event these charges may not be less than the contract price.

Repairs & Damages Not Included

Robison is not to be held responsible for heat in unoccupied buildings. This agreement does not cover service resulting from insufficient fuel in the tank due to deliveries being withheld by the credit department, or for will-call customers. This agreement does not cover repairs made on any plumbing parts or piping. This agreement excludes discontinued or obsolete parts, special control systems and electronic controls installed for the purpose of energy conservation. Damages or repairs due to water, freezing, storms, power outages, strikes, embargoes, and other causes beyond the control of Robison are not covered by this agreement. Multi-fuel units are not covered by this agreement. Services required on attic fans, draft regulators, electric air cleaners, humidifiers, oil lines and wiring are not covered. Robison is not responsible for the failure of low water cutoff units.

Liability

Robison will endeavor to render prompt and efficient service hereunder, but it is expressly agreed that Robison shall in no event be liable for damage or loss caused by delay, or any loss arising out of the performance of this agreement.

Renewal

This agreement shall automatically renew itself annually. Prices and conditions subject to change without notice at time of renewal. If contract is not paid for, it will be cancelled. Any unused portion will not be refunded. The customer shall have the right to transfer this agreement to any new owner of the heating system contained within.

Credit Terms

All invoices must be paid within credit terms or this agreement will be cancelled without refund.

Parts Not Covered

All parts installed that are not covered under this agreement will be billed at the prevailing flat rate for time and material. Air Conditioning contracts do not cover labor for the replacement of the following parts: Compressor, condenser, air handler and evaporator coil. Refrigerant leak detection is not covered under the contract.

*Replacement filters and refrigerant are not covered and are billable when needed. All parts installed will be billed at the prevailing flat rate.
